Labo-cer

Creates your ceramic product, develops your ideas and turns them into the production of special pieces. This frees customers of the difficulties related to developing new materials and to industrialisation times and costs, plus costly stocks management.
The use of cutting-edge equipment and of proportional valves to control the process and modulation of the pressing process make it possible to create special pieces with rather bold structures (these materials could only be obtained in the past with the conventional casting or wet pressing methods), not to forget all the advantages in terms of precision and consistency in the physical characteristics of the dry pressing method.
To meet every single requirement, LABO-CER is able to work with red and white double-fired wall tile bodies and with porcelain stoneware floor bodies, even in the coloured variants.
On request, Labo-cer is able to process bodies supplied directly by the customer too.
Start-up service: this is for Italian or international companies, which prefer to entrust all the start-up phases of their new production lines to Labo-cer. This grants customers the possibility to probe the market and to start their sales during the installation phase of their plants.
The advantages are impressive in terms of minimisation of start-up times and costs, as customers can exploit moulds that have already been perfected, as well as the productive know-how when starting up their lines.
