The second line is dedicated to step treads and L-elements with Projecta digital printer. With the addition of a modern dryer, a state-of-the-art <strong>System digital printer<\/strong> and a <strong>roller kiln<\/strong>, we can replicate precisely the desired ceramic production.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">SECOND LINE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:7px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dedicated to the production of step treads and L-shaped elements<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>step tread<\/strong> is an essential element to complete a ceramic project. Starting with the porcelain stoneware base, we apply the primer and then use a <strong>special printer<\/strong> to imprint the texture and colour both on the surface of the tile and on the side of the step tread, be it a corner or rounded. This cutting-edge technology allows us to create step treads that integrate perfectly with any type of digitally printed tile. We then apply final line treatments before moving on to the firing stage in our roller kiln. Our craftsman approach and manual packaging allow us to <strong>work on all kinds of sizes<\/strong>, guaranteeing a high quality result.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Labo-Cer is always at the service of the ceramic industry, but now with an even broader offer. Partendo dalla base in pasta bianca, applichiamo il fondo e poi utilizziamo una <strong>speciale stampante<\/strong> per imprimere la texture e il colore sia sulla superficie della piastrella che sul <strong>lato tondeggiante del gradino<\/strong>. Questa tecnologia all'avanguardia ci consente di creare gradini che si integrano perfettamente con qualsiasi tipo di piastrella stampata digitalmente. Successivamente, applichiamo trattamenti finali di linea prima di passare alla fase di cottura nel nostro forno a rulli.
