WHO WE ARE

Labo-cer was established as a ceramic service and third firing company.

The launch plan consolidated the provision of a test press for sizes and structures that were difficult to manufacture; test products that would be supplied pressed and dried according to specifications.

This intuition was so successful that customers began to ask us for material, even fired material, in the form of small productions.

To accommodate the exponential growth, the company expanded with a new headquarters. Where four Sacmi presses and an industrial firing kiln were added and installed.

Attentive to a changing market that demanded greater flexibility and showed a strong tendency to reduce inventories.

A total of eight presses were installed within Labo-cer, doubling the premises and production facilities.

There were 12 presses, 2 industrial kilns working three shifts, 24 hours a day, producing an average of 35,000 special pieces per day.

We consisted of a young and dynamic team, which had grown based around total quality and maximum production flexibility.

This resulted in products with consistent characteristics and a unique customer service. The goal of doubling the factories was achieved.

Having completed the renovation and reconversion of the original factory, we are building new production facilities in support of current ceramic production progress.

Still bound to being a craft company, we are, to date, a solid reality in the panorama of the ceramic district.
